Cancellations and Refunds

RiPR Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.

Whilst we will endeavor refund your account as soon as possible, refunds can take up to 150 days when fraud screening processes occur.

Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and be signed on a company letterhead.

Once we receive your cancellation request and have confirmed all necessary information with you, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been cancelled. A RiPR staff member will confirm your request (and process your cancellation) shortly thereafter.

Please note*
Service cancellation requests must be processed at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to prevent future invoices being generated. No refunds are available for services already paid within 30 days of cancellation. If no cancellation request has been made, all services are classed as active and payment is required, regardless of services suspension period due to non payments.

Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or nullify previously agreed charges. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be turned over to a third-party collection service.

You should also check that all PayPal subscription payments that may be in place for this service are cancelled.

RiPR Pty Ltd gives you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on newly created first-time Microsites.  For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

There are no refunds on any advertising campaign fees or technical/design fees.

***Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.***
